Managing Our Time
To make better use of time, try the following:
• Identify your Goals: You must identify your goals in order to spend time on the most important matters in your life. Your goals should be specific, measurable, and documented for frequent review. Also, every goal should have a specific deadline. Your goal should not be 'to memorize some of the Qur'an', for instance; rather it should be something like 'memorize Surat Al-Anfal by December 15, 2008'. Other goals could be losing 5kg in three months, or reading an identified list of eight books during the year 2008. At the beginning of every year, review your achievements and set yearly goals.
Also, your long-term goals are part of the bigger picture - your mission in life. Your mission is the answer to the questions: 'What do I really want in life?' 'What is the purpose of my existence?' 'Why did Allah create me?' As a Muslim, you have a mission in life. Your goals must be focused on this mission.
• Plan ahead: Planning offers two elements that bring order to your life. First, it tells you how to get from where you are to where you want to be. Second, it identifies the required tasks and resources to get you there. Planning is the key to controlling events in your life. Through planning, you can be proactive in achieving your goals. Set a course for your future and layout a well-structured plan of action.
Form the habit of starting each day with a planning session. During this time you should set a 'to do list' and focus your attention on it throughout the day. This daily planning should be part of your long-term planning aimed at achieving your goals. Monthly and yearly reviews of your plans are a must to stay on track, modifying your behavior accordingly.
• Set your priorities: Prioritizing is the key to relieve the stress of too little time. Because what we want to do require more time then we have, we must decide what to leave undone. To do so, you have to identify the 'must-do', 'should-do', and 'nice-to-do' tasks. Then, you have to start with the 'must-do' tasks and complete them before doing any of the other two priority levels. This is because once we choose to make an investment in one task, we automatically delay all others. The process of prioritizing is deciding which task will produce the greatest return on investment for a specific period of time, to justify saying 'No' to all other tasks. Prioritizing is a way to focus your energy on the most important tasks until they are complete.

The First Night In The Grave
The Messenger of Allah saw said, "Verily the grave is the first stopping place for the Hereafter; so if he is saved therein, then what comes after is easier than it. And if he is not saved therefrom, then that which comes after is harder."
[Hasan: At-Tirmidhee, Ibn Maajah, al-Haakim: from 'Uthmaan.]
The Messenger of Allah saw said, "When the dead person is buried two black-blue angels come to him, one called al-Munkar and the other called an-Nakeer, and they say to him: 'What had you used to say about this man?' So he says what he used to say: 'Allaah's slave and His Messenger, I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allaah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.' So they say: 'Verily we knew that you (would) say that.' Then his grave is widened for him to the extent of seventy cubits by seventy, then it is made light for him, then it is said: ' Sleep.' So he says: 'I should go to my family and inform them.' So they say: 'Sleep as the newly married sleeps whom no-one awakes except his favourite wife.' Until Allah raises him up from that place of sleep. And if he is a hypocrite (munafiq), he says: 'I heard the people saying something so I said it too, I don't know.' So they say: 'We knew that you (would) say that.' So it is said to the earth: 'Crush him', so he is crushed until his cross over and he remains in the state of torture until Allaah raises him up from that resting place."
[Hasan: At-Tirmidhee from Abu Hurairah.]
so remember my brothers n sisters,
Death keeps no Calender. u will choose ur final destination.

Little Boy
Smilling moon in the darkness sky
a little boy keep on cry
since his mother gone
and he is here all alone
far from the rest
with dealing a difficult test
I tell you a secret my little boy,
Sometimes i feel alone just like you
but we should know Allah is nearby
to hear our pray and cry
Allah know what we hope
and Allah will lift us high
Allah will bring us home again
for Allah is stronger than you and I
So be strong my little boy
you are the youth of next generation
bring Islam a moment of joy
Allah will reward for your good action.
