Restrain your Anger

Bismillah Ar-Rahman Ar-Rahim

All praise is due to Allah, the Director of all that is created. I praise Him for all of His bounties. I bear witness that there is none worthy to worship except Allah alone and I bear witness that our leader Muhammad is His messenger, His beloved and the best of all creation. May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, the other prophets, their families and the rest of the righteous one.

Anger is something that happens to all of us. Especially when something occurs which does not happen according to our plan we often tend to outburst our anger. Expressing how disappointed and how upset we are to others. When this happen, it actually affect the feelings of others it doesn't matter whether they are younger, older, male or female but sometimes it hurt deep inside our heart. Your heart was like torn into pieces.

It is indeed a strange thing when we claim that we want to emulate the Prophet Muhammad s.a.w, yet we say hurtful words and actions to others which do not resembles the Prophet. Have you ever find in any seerah which Prophet Muhammad s.a.w had an outburst due to his anger or upset? Tell me if you did manage to find it and I would tell you that’s not a seerah but it’s a fitnah. There are some occasions in which we are told his face became red and he was visibly upset. But we never find an instance in which the emotions of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w were uncontrolled and exploded into anger.

In this post, I wish that I wouldn’t talk too much but simply I would like to share with you guys this short video as a small reminder. It is simple and brief yet gives a big impact which we ought to ponder, a talk by Nouman Ali Khan. There is nothing that I can add to it. It’s a complete message, subhanallah. It’s a strong message since he’s been constructing an argument from the divine source. There is no way that you finish listening to it and you feel that he’s talking nonsense. IT’S ABOUT ALL OF US. We really need to work on this.

So let’s strive to restrain our anger and ready to forgive and pardon those whose actions or words might have angered us. Indeed the best person is one who controls himself in anger. Again, I’m talking to myself before talking to others and I’m reminding myself before reminding others. May Allah give us strength in holding back from our anger and gives us the capability to forgive each and every one of us. Wallahu’alam.

Apolobloggingize

Have you heard this word before? Sure you haven’t, have you? Add your vocabulary, it’s a new word that you should know in this blogging world. Well actually it’s a made up of course. Apolobloggingize = Apologize + blogging. You use this word when you were too busy to update your blog and wish that your readers and friends understand your situation. I was busy with final examination before, so I have to stop form blogging for a while.

I would like to ask a big apology for not responding to some messages, emails or phone calls. And I’m asking an apology for not updating this blog either. I know it was just examinations where all students have to face it but I just couldn’t focus if I kept messaging while studying. I’m not a multi-tasking person for sure. But still I did respond to some messages right.

What I used to keep in mind is that, we will never learn if we don’t concentrate. Wallahu’alam. But that’s just my humble point of view. It’s up to us how we interpret the word ‘strive’.

Anyway and anyhow, SORRY FOR EVERYTHING. For those who haven’t finished with their examinations yet, I pray and I hope that you guys could perform well for the sake of Islam. May Allah SWT guide us and may He make the Day of Judgement the best day of our lives.

Don't Lose Hope

Bismillahi Ar-Rahmani Ar-Rahim, In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

“And for those who fear Allah, He (ever) prepares a way out. And He provides for him from (sources) he never could imagine. And if anyone puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is (Allah) for him."
(Surah Al-Talaq, 65: 2-3)

Let’s us take a moment to try to focus on the words of these verses. Our biggest misery strikes us when we try to think the ideal solutions to our problems. But Allah SWT gives us a straight forward answer that the best of solutions, often times, are unimaginable. This must end the story for a true believer because there is no logic that could justify that feel of despair – it’s not our responsibility to specify the solutions to Allah SWT in our doa, and I repeat – it’s not, not at all! But, what’s the pre-condition? Just one that is FEAR ALLAH! And Allaah knows best.

Therefore readers, Don't Lose Hope on His limitless and countless Mercy. As usual, I speak to myself before i speak to those who are reading.

"Oh Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for, so do not leave me in charge of my affairs even for a blink of an eye and rectify for me all of my affairs. None has the right to be worshiped except You."

Are we Still?

Bismillahi Ar-Rahmani Ar-Rahim.

All praise and thanks are due to Allah, the one who does not forgive shirk, yet forgives anything less than that for whomsoever he wills. Peace and blessings be upon Muhammad ibn Abdullah, the Imam of the Muwahhidin, the one who was ordered in the Quran to follow the path of the people who attain blessings and love of Allah.

In this short entry, I wish to share with you guys our previous theme nasyid for Kian Mekar VII. I can't stop listening to it. Great lyrics with a catchy tune! It’s about our relationship with Allah, the bond which most of us take for granted and easily forgotten. We should realize that our very existence and our continuing survival are dependent on Allah. Whatever praise is due to Him alone, for nobody has the power or the resources to give you anything except by His will. His bounties and blessings are countless.

Chorus:

Repeat Chorus

Approaching God with our hearts
No fear nor grief for whom He guides
His rope is strong and will never waver
His provision is there for all who are in need

In every place, at every time
Above you is The Glorious Caretaking Lord
In every place, at every time
You have a Lord who loves you and will never forget you

Do we know our Lord?
Do we see our Lords blessings?
Do we know our Lord?
Do we thank Him... or have we forgotten..
that His servants... we are

In His Dominion we exist for as long as He wills
And we call upon His bounty through prayer
And seek His favors through hope
For He is our refuge when difficulty strengthens its hold

In every place, at every time
Above you is a Gloriouscare Taking Lord
In every place, at every time
You have a Lord who loves and will never forget you

Do we know our Lord?
Do we see our Lords blessings?
Do we know our Lord?
Do we thank Him... or have we forgotten..
that His servants... we are

My heart is Allahs,
My soul is Allahs,
My wealth is Allahs

On The Move

Bismillahi Ar-Rahmani Ar-Rahim.

Assalamualaikum my dear friends, time comes and goes, life slips and goes forth, what is to come? No creation knows huh… As a morning lost is a morning lost. Once that time has gone by, it’ll never return. For I would have wish to stay at home a bit longer, than just the remaining 3 days. Why? Well, mid-semester break was supposed to be a time recovery to me, where I usually used this time to cover up my studies and to gain back of something that I lost. I lost my time in renewing my intention, I lost my time in doing some of muhasabah and of course I also lost my rest time.

So I’m on the move, busy doing one thing after another. Then trying to go forward and making some progress. I have already list down Things-To-Do as I wouldn’t like to miss the things behind like the previous semester. I forgot to pay my tuition fees. Well, I thought that my sponsor would have paid it for me. Unfortunately, they didn’t and I have to pay it by myself. Huhu…Never mind about that, it was my fault and my mistake for not being aware of the notice. Thus first, I have to settle my tuition fees before 5th February which will cost RM 1,302.50. I hope that I could remember once the lectures starts. No, bad idea, better for me to settle it before the break ends.

Apart from that, actually I have to find an appropriate place of camp site for the upcoming programs. We went to Air Terjun Serendah on last Saturday to look at the venue. But in terms of safety and security, it wouldn’t be the best choice for us to sleep there. Because it is open to public and I don’t want to lose any precious things of course. Perhaps, it is suitable to have picnic or rehlah. So, I’m looking forward to have programs over there next time. It is super extra beautiful and wonderful. I love the waterfalls, Subhanallah! So, in spite of that I have to survey for a venue again on this coming Sunday insha Allah. Anyway, thank you to Sha, Saidah kak Khairiah and Hanisah for accompanying and being beside me. I’m glad that you guys did enjoy the scenery, Alhamdulillah.

Bergambar dengan Auntie. hehe...Thanx to Uncle Mustaza for taking the picture.

For my academic division, there are lots of midterm examinations, submit assignments, project and presentation waiting for me of course. These are the routines task for a university student. I took eight subjects for this semester after I dropped my skill even though it’s only 0.5 credit hour. You see, I was too scared of not being able to cope with it, that’s why. 5 core-course subjects, 1 experimental aerodynamic, 1 aerospace lab and the last one is Engineering Management, which I really hope that I would have loved it very much. I realize that I wasn’t good in economics or business. Even though, most of my friends did score for that subject. Hmm…maybe I didn’t put my full efforts in it. I’ll try this time, Insha Allah. Do pray for me!

By then, when time flies easily you will realize how precious the time is. It is a gift from Allah that we ought to be grateful and thankful to Him. Each and every time is a time to take a step forward to Allah. Don’t you think so? I might have lose my specific time to study or I might have less time for rest, but the main key point is that I don’t want to lose Allah in my life. Life is meaningless, worthless and empty without Him. You’ll lose the blessings in this life and the life after.

Hence, let’s ponder, reflect and find the real purpose in this life. In the end, we are all on the move. We are on the move from this temporary world to the everlasting hereafter. May Allah allow us to make use of our time and increase the barakah in all of our actions, amen!

*Vocab: On the move
1. Going from one place to another
2. Busy doing one thing after another
3. Going forward, or making progress

Dear Sinners

Dear Sinners,

I saw you yesterday as you began your daily chores. You awoke without kneeling to pray Fajr. As a matter of fact, you didn't even say Bismillah before your meals, or pray Isha before going to bed last night. You are so unthankful, I like that about you. I cannot tell you how glad I am that you have not changed your way of living, Fool, you are mine. Remember, you and I have been going steady for years, and I still don't love you yet.

As a matter of fact, I hate you, because I hate Allah. I am only using you to get even with Allah. He kicked me out of heaven, and I'm going to use you as long as possible to pay him back. You see, Fool, ALLAH LOVES YOU and HE has great plans in store for you. But you have yielded your life to me, and I'm going to make your life a living hell. That way, we'll be together twice. This will really hurt Allah.

Thanks to you, I'm really showing Him who's boss in your life with all of the good times we've had. We have been watching dirty movies, cursing people, out stealing, lying, being hypocritical, fornicating, overeating, telling dirty jokes, gossiping, Being judgmental, back stabbing people, disrespecting adults, and those in leadership positions, No respect for the Mosque, bad attitudes. SURELY you don't want to give all this up. Come on, Fool, let's burn together forever. I've got some hot plans for us.

This is just a letter of appreciation from me to you. I'd like to say "THANKS" for letting me use you for most of your foolish life. You are so gullible, I laugh at you. When you are tempted to sin, you give in - HA HA, HA, you make me sick. Sin is beginning to take its toll on your life. You look 20 years older, and now, I need new blood. So go ahead and teach some children how to sin. All you have to do is smoke, get drunk or drink while under-aged, cheat, gamble, gossip, fornicate, and live being as selfish as possible. Do all of this in the presence of children and they will do it too. Kids are like that.

Well, Fool, I have to let you go for now. I'll be back in a couple of seconds to tempt you again. If you were smart, you would run somewhere, repent for your sins, and live for Allah with what little bit of life that you have left. It's not my nature to warn anyone, but to be your age and still sinning; it's becoming a bit ridiculous. Don't get me wrong, I still hate you. IT'S JUST THAT YOU'D MAKE A BETTER FOOL FOR ALLAH.

Yours Sinfully, SHAYTAN

P.S. If you really love me, you won't share this letter with anyone.

Now you realized that we have enemies; someone who’s their goal is to mislead, misguide and drag us into the Hellfire. It is through their whispers that causes all of us to stray off into the darkness of evil. That’s their full-time job, no vacation and no breaks! I don't want to be fooled by them and I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like to be under their yoke too. So let's struggle against them. Ya Allah, protect us from the Evil Whisperer of Syaitan.

Disebalik 'S'

Sabar, Study, Semangat, Success

To be frank and honest, I always had the feeling of that I don't have enough time to study. When I'm trying to focus in the class, it would always end up sleeping at the back. It's too obvious and all my classmates and lecturers realized it. hmm...really need to do something.

Ibn Umar narrates: one day I was with the Messenger of Allah s.a.w. He then turned to me, held my shoulders with both of his blessed hands, and said: "Be in this life like a stranger or a traveler."

And whenever Ibn Umar narrated this to his students he would add: "If you reach the evening, do not await (to be alive) by dawn, And if you reach dawn, do not await (to be alive) by evening. Take advantage of your Health before you fall sick. And take advantage of your life, before you die." - Bukhari

This hadith really makes me ponder...how life is sure very short and brief.
